We’re hiring a Product Manager specializing in Messaging & Compliance. You'll have the chance to work with innovative technologies to make a big impact across our product suite. This isn't just a typical PM role; it's an opportunity to be on the front lines of innovating the use of AI coupled with leading messaging technologies. You’ll champion messaging across our platform, being a voice, champion and subject matter expert for the product.

Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with our Product, Engineering, and client-facing teams to help design and ship simple, beautiful and innovative AI software. In this role, you will:

  • Partner across product teams to build exceptional products used by some of the world’s largest global employers while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and data privacy best practices.
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end messaging and related compliance aspects of the Paradox Platform.
  • Collaborate with product leadership, engineering, and client-facing teams to define the product vision, set strategic goals, and develop a roadmap aligned to product and company objectives for messaging and compliance features
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, client impact, and regulatory requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, compliance & Infosec standards, and best practices in the messaging space
  • Ensure that all messaging products and features comply with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and other regional data protection laws
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that mitigate risks and ensure compliance
  • Create product and project plans, partnering closely with engineers, designers, and client teams to align on expectations and deliver on plans
  • Work with Product, Engineering, and client-facing teams to define and execute product initiatives
  • Translate business requirements into simple, intuitive user interface design proposals and software solutions by creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Relentlessly drive product innovation and new opportunities to enhance, improve, and evolve products and features
  • Uphold our high standards for quality control, continuously monitoring and proactively solutioning for potential issues
  • Engage directly with clients to understand and solution their use cases, needs, and pain points in real time
  • Care deeply about our clients and solving complex HR, hiring, and recruiting challenges at scale

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field from an accredited college or university (or equivalent relevant work experience)
  • 2+ years of experience working with Twilio or similar communications platforms
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to messaging (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
  • Technical knowledge of integrated solution design, including APIs, integrations, and UI/UX design principles
  • Comfortable facilitating technical conversations with end users, clients, and internal teams
  • Highly skilled at synthesizing and documenting product requirements and user stories
  • Ability to work from our Scottsdale, AZ office location
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of success building and shipping software in a fast-paced agile environment
  • 2+ years of SaaS software product experience related to messaging or chat/conversational AI
