About The Program
In this 3-year rotational program, participants will immerse themselves into the world of software sales at one of the fastest-growing software companies in the US.

Responsibilities
You’ll kick-off your Sales Rotational Program as a Business Development Representative where you will be responsible for helping Paradox build relationships and drive business growth through new client acquisition. In this role, you will:

About The Program
In this 3-year rotational program, participants will immerse themselves into the world of software sales at one of the fastest-growing software companies in the US.
About
Each rotational assignment is a unique opportunity to learn about - and contribute to - the core functions that drive client acquisition and success at a software company. Participants will complete hands-on rotational assignments on 3 core teams:
- Business Development - play a critical role in the growth of our company by researching and identifying prospective new clients who can benefit from our products, and building meaningful relationships as we move them through the sales process.
- Client Success - contribute to new client onboarding, training, ongoing client support, and the retention and expansion of existing client relationships
- Talent Acquisition/Marketing/Solutions Practice Team - align to functional area based on skills to develop and business need
- Account Executive Apprentice - partner with Paradox Account Executives to support sales activities including pipeline management, prospective client engagement, and account updates
- Master Foundational Sales Skills: Develop core sales competencies and techniques essential for a successful sales career
- Drive Client & Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth understanding of our product and its capabilities, focusing on maximizing client outcomes
- Deepen Business, Market, and Industry Expertise: Apply your product knowledge to the talent acquisition process and industry needs, enhancing your strategic insight
- Learn Advanced Sales Skills: Contribute to and learn from strategic enterprise sales engagements, advancing your expertise in high-level sales tactics
Responsibilities
You’ll kick-off your Sales Rotational Program as a Business Development Representative where you will be responsible for helping Paradox build relationships and drive business growth through new client acquisition. In this role, you will:
- Become an expert on our product and HR technology industry
- Use creative prospecting strategies to build a pipeline of potential customers (we call them clients)
- Cultivate sales leads through consultative, strategic conversations
- Connect with potential clients through outbound cold calling (60+ calls/day), emailing, and building professional connections
- Nurture relationships with prospective clients over time through ongoing engagement
- Book 5+ qualified meetings per week for our Account Executives
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with anticipated graduation date of Winter 2024 or Spring 2025
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, recruiting, and/or customer service
- It is an expectation that all program participants commit to completing the entire ~3 year Product Rotational Program
- A track record of excellence and distinction, such as leadership roles, awards/scholarships, or other personal accomplishments
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence
- Driven to make an impact and exceed sales goals
- Ability to work from our Scottsdale, AZ or Chicago, IL office
- Authorization to work in the United States
