Job Description:

Responsible for providing accurate, timely, and high-quality responses to human resource (HR) related inquiries received from Essentia Health employees. Inquiries are received via telephone and Workday. Submission topics include but are not limited to payroll, benefits, retirement and HR policies and procedures. Also responsible for non-inquiry HR related processing such as mailings, data entry, auditing, etc., as assigned.

Education Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

Candidate must have one of the following:

  • Associates Degree
  • 2 years applicable experience in a customer service, human resources, or call center environment.

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a strong desire to help others and solve problems
  • Have successfully performed in a remote work environment before

Remote Nature:

  • Role is fully remote, however, preference will be given to candidates in our service areas (Minnesota, North Dakota, Wisconsin)
