Responsible for general maintenance in a medical specialty campus. Provides routine and preventative maintenance including inspection, general maintenance and repairs on various systems such as pressure boilers, basic HVAC systems, fire safety systems, emergency generators, and patient care equipment. May provide emergency repairs and perform additional duties as assigned.Education Qualifications:

1 year classroom training or 1 year experience in building maintenance.

Current Class “Special” Boilers License or ability to obtain within 6 months (excludes Park Rapids and North Dakota locations)
Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health’s insurer (excludes 32nd Avenue – Fargo)
