Supports the daily operations and activities of the Essentia Health Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Program. This position is responsible for the maintenance and promotion of the clinical pharmacy program. Accountabilities include patient recruiting, scheduling, billing and reimbursement in addition to program coordination, evaluation, and utilization. This position works with many cross-functional teams and supports projects to promote and align department goals with Essentia Health initiatives and maintains awareness and helps to assess the viability of the existing program. Uses health care/pharmacy knowledge, as well as program and eligibility knowledge, to screen, enroll, audit, analyze and further promote the clinical pharmacy program.Education Qualifications:
