Job Description:

Responsible for observation and supportive care to an assigned patient to assure a safe and nurturing environment for those patients who may be deemed as a potential safety risk. Work Experience Previous experience in caring for patients or equivalent experience in a similar setting preferred, or the ability to demonstrate achievement of unit specific competencies.
