We're looking for a dedicated and innovative finance compliance manager to join our team at Pleo. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of simplifying spending processes for teams, by leading the building of a finance function that is effective, efficient and works closely with business, tax, legal and risk teams for Pleo to go level up on its maturity journey. What does this role entail?

We’re looking for a finance compliance manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring that Pleo adheres to financial and legal standards and internal policies. We’re looking for someone who deeply cares about Pleo values, and wants to be part of building a strong finance function at Pleo.

You will thrive in this role if you:

Have experience in designing, implementing and verifying control environments in multinational organisations.
Are able to manage projects independently.
Are approachable and open, always ready for partnering with other teams (such as tax, legal, HR, etc.).
Are a “why” person, and focus your efforts on things that have impact - not just because it’s required.
