Senior Director of Growth Marketing
Reformation is looking for a Senior Director of Growth Marketing to join the Ecommerce & Growth team, and continue scaling our growth marketing efforts. The team is focused on amplifying the organic success of Reformation, and this role will play a crucial part in helping the organization realize wins. The Senior Director of Growth Marketing is responsible for balancing media investment with a strong sense of attribution, incrementality, and key performance indicators to support the top line revenue growth of Reformation. The role is highly cross-functional, and will partner closely with leaders across Ref to bring the brand to life in Reformation's digital landscape. The day-to-day will vary, but the right candidate is analytical, strategic, and curious with a desire to see the tangible impact of his or her efforts.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and execute a highly analytical global paid media strategy with a focus on CPA, incrementality, and profitability at scale
- Use existing marketing channels (SEM, paid social, display, video, etc) and identify new channels to scale customer acquisition to drive growth across Reformation’s direct business
- Develop and manage the media investment budget, oversee global deployment of funds, and adjust budget allocations weekly to support key business objectives
- Serve as a marketing analytics subject matter expert to develop robust reporting structures in partnership with Business Intelligence and Technical partners to unlock growth opportunities and media insights
- Design experiments and tests for marketing channels to test incrementality and channel purpose to better inform future investment strategies
- Assess marketing technology opportunities in partnership with Business Intelligence, Technology, and Finance partners
- Collaborate with Brand and Creative partners to share performance insights to leverage in future campaigns
- Communicate growth learnings, results, and best practices from campaigns to cross-functional teams
- Maintain and further develop strong relationships with marketing partners at Meta, Google, Tiktok, etc
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with Finance, Merchandising, Brand, and Creative to synthesize business insights into actionable strategies for the team
- Leverage customer insights, and constantly monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks in order to adjust Reformation’s growth strategies and tactics
What You’ll Need:
- 10+ years of growth marketing experience at Ecommerce companies
- Demonstrated management of $25M+ media budgets through a mix of in-house and agency media buying
- Proven knowledge of media mix, customer and lead targeting, and focus on profitable marketing deployment
- Strong proficiency in Ecommerce analytics, CPA:LTV modeling, and ROI analysis
- Subject matter expertise on marketing attribution
- Strong understanding of marketing tech stack and growth marketing data
- Expertise in mentoring and managing a high-performing team
