Distribution Center Supervisor

The Distribution Center Supervisor will support the operational efforts required to achieve and maintain all fulfillment service levels within our warehouse. This is a full-time position. You will work 40+ hours per week, including some weekends. Overtime will be assigned on an as-needed basis. Reporting to the Distribution Center Manager.

What You’ll Do:

  • Carry out the instructions of the DC Manager
  • Oversee, monitor, and review Staff Scheduling
  • Support in all operational functions of the DC, which include
    • Inbound
    • Outbound
    • Stocking
    • Inventory
    • Returns
  • Draft, audit, and interpret reports
  • Support goals of DC Operations
  • Coordinate projects as needed
  • Ensure facility maintenance, presentation, and organization
  • Maintain supply inventory
  • Troubleshoot frontline issues in operations
  • Schedule freight pick-ups
  • Support in any administration functions as needed
  • Partner with management to analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement

What You’ll Need:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, fulfillment environment
  • Knowledge of the apparel industry is a plus
  • Ability to bend, lift, open and move product up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary
  • Use a computer and software (i.e. email, WMS, MS Office, enterprise software)
