Purpose:
The Quality Assurance Coordinator supports the QA department by managing paperwork, preparing reports, and assisting with inspections. Although primarily an office-based role, the coordinator may occasionally conduct field audits. This role also involves handling all TOP and fit sample audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and managing paperwork related to QA inspections and audits.
- Prepare audit reports by compiling PO data, PIM database information, TOP approval status, spec sheets, and key points of measure (POMs).
- Conduct in-line inspections and field audits of inbound garments and finished goods as needed.
- Support the QA team in identifying quality issues and recommending solutions.
- Handle all TOP and fit sample audits, ensuring measurements align with approved standards as needed.
- Communicate audit results and updates to cross-functional production teams via email.
- Verify daily QC release approvals and update approval dates in the PIM database.
- Participate in in-house inspections for bulk items with high return rates.
- Ensure that products in production are stored at approved indoor factory locations.
- Verify factory compliance with the Reformation How to Measure Guide.
- Escalate urgent quality concerns to the Senior QA Auditor and QA Manager.
Skill Requirements:
- High School Diploma required.
- 1-3 years of experience in the apparel industry (QA experience preferred, but training will be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
- Basic understanding of garment construction and measuring points (training will be offered).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. over short distances.
- Perform repetitive hand, finger, and wrist motions; stand for extended periods; bend, kneel, reach, stoop, squat, pull, and push.
- Able to traverse various surfaces such as stairs, ramps, and uneven terrain.
Work Environment:
- Primarily indoors in an environmentally controlled setting.
- Occasionally outdoors with exposure to weather conditions.
