About the Role:

On the Money Platform team, your main focus will be on constructing a scalable platform to support several teams within the company. You will develop both the API and underlying platform that will be used by different teams and products built on top of it. Additionally, you will help migrate logic from existing products to the new platform, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining continuity. You will work in a team of engineers based in Kraków, your role will involve collaboration with architects and product managers located in different offices. You will report to the Kraków based manager.

To succeed in this role, you enjoy working in a scaled FinTech company. Your expertise lies in developing scalable and high-quality software, following industry best practices. You are open to creating system designs and have an enthusiasm for continuous improvement, expanding your technical skills and looking for opportunities to increase your scope of influence.

You Will:

• Work with Golang

• Work with payments and money distribution systems handling 100k+ transactions daily

• Construct a scalable platform that caters to diverse product requirements

• Contribute to the design of scalable system
  

You Have:

• A BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience

• 4+ years of experience as a software developer

• Understanding of software development practices, system design, software design patterns, and algorithms

• Professional experience with building microservices in Go or Java

• Familiarity with Go (or readiness to learn it)

• Familiarity with SQL and noSQL databases

• Experience with containerized applications

• You focus on building a great product based on quality metrics rather than delivering features

• Product and user oriented mindset

• Experience with AWS ecosystem

• Experience with Java, PHP or other programming languages
