Job Description:

Our global People Team is growing and looking for a Learning & Development Program Manager (L&D PM) to support the articulation, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of the L&D strategy. You will be the Program Manager responsible for our global onboarding program and building foundational L&D programs and processes. You will partner closely with our global People Team and business leaders to ensure our programs are co-created with the needs of the business.

You Will:

  • Create a global onboarding program

  • Plan, execute, and manage an array of L&D programs and projects

  • Use data and analytical skills to help prioritize organizational needs

  • Develop and report on metrics to measure program impact

  • Work with stakeholders in the business to tap into their freshest thinking on current and future challenges

  • Partner with your HR colleagues (especially our HRBPs in Seattle, EU, UK, MNL, MGL) in the implementation of L&D and other programs

You Have:

  • 5+ years experience with L&D program management, project management, or related experience

  • Experience building a global onboarding program

  • Experience building scalable, sustainable, and inclusive programs in a growth environment

  • Excellent data analysis and problem solving skills

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience partnering and influencing at all levels

  • Experience in looking around the corner and thinking creatively, knowing that what got us here won't get us there

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $104,000-$117,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
