You will:

• Develop a comprehensive product strategy tailored to the Middle Eastern markets, taking into consideration local regulations, localization, and the competitive landscape.

• Lead thorough market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, translating insights into actionable product strategy, features and improvements.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align product development, marketing, and business management efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and customer-centric solutions.

• Evaluate growth options, assess new opportunities, and identify bottlenecks. This includes turning strategy into cross-functional aligned tactics.

• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products that cater to our customers’ needs.

• Effectively communicate the product strategy, progress, and results to executive leadership, stakeholders, and the wider organization.

• Build and grow exceptional talent by hiring, onboarding, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Maintain a solid pulse on market trends and conduct ongoing evaluations of relevant 3rd party offerings, to ensure our systems and processes are best-in-class.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful products, specifically within the Middle Eastern region.

• Experience working in an international environment.

• Fluency in English and Arabic.

• Experience working with the financial ecosystem in the Middle East, including banks, regulatory institutions, and industry influencers

• Proven experience in business management, for example through managing a business unit and P&L - Advantage.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent understanding of local market dynamics, customer behavior, and cultural sensitivities within the Middle East.

• Strong analytical, strategic, and coordination skills.

• Outstanding leadership and team management skills, with a passion for developing talent and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
