About the Role:
This role will be on our Enterprise Workday support team and will be able to work a flex schedule, with at least 2 days a week in our Manila offices. You will be supporting Workday on a global team. Your primary support will focus on EMEA and APAC (employee populations in Philippines, Ireland, United Kingdom, Israel, UAE and Singapore). You will be responsible for triaging incoming tickets, working tickets yourself and assigning tickets to the rest of the global team. We went live on Workday on 8/1/2023 globally for HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Advanced Compensation, time. Absence and US Payroll, US Benefits.
Help users with Security assignments in Workday
Work tickets and act as a Workday SME in your region
Support requests for business process changes in Workday
Build/edit reports in Workday
1+ years Workday Support and configuration experience
Ability to make Workday recommendations with understanding of how the end user will interact with your proposed configuration.
Experience with Workday Report Writer
Supported Workday in a global environment
Past experience with Workday Recruiting a plus
Rice Allowance - 1,500 pesos/month
Transportation Allowance -1,000 pesos/month
Leaves and Cash Conversion - 20 leaves / year
all accrued but unused leaves reckoned at the end of each year will be converted to cash up to a maximum of 5 days
