As a Field Operation Agent at Remitly, you will Manage and accompany the field sales operation process.

This position is a field position that requires daily travels.

Languages: Thai & English- Must.

Responsibilities:

* Achieving monthly sales targets - convert cardholders to money remittances.

* Field meetings with potential customers.

* High level sales and service skills.

* Working in collaboration with the Back Office team.

* Multitask between different communication channels.

* Provide answers by identifying problems, researching, and guiding the customer through the correct steps.

* Experience in making sales meetings.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English –Mandatory.

* Hebrew – an advantage.

* Driver’s license- a must.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Flexibility in working hours is required.

* Proficient in all MS Office products.

* Ability to work independently and under pressure.

* Enjoy working as part of a team.
