About the role:

Remitly is looking for a Senior Employer Brand Specialist to join their Talent Acquisition Team. The main responsibility of this role is to help execute the company's new employer brand strategy and global vision. As a Senior Employer Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visual assets, writing content, and carrying out marketing campaigns across various social and employer platforms to showcase Remitly as an employer of choice to potential candidates. You will also be responsible for managing a global content calendar and collaborating cross-functionally with key stakeholders across all our sites to ensure projects and campaigns are delivered on time, meeting high-quality standards, and attention to detail.

This role requires the selected candidate to be in the office at least twice a week as it has a hybrid office presence. Additionally, due to the global nature of the role, international travel is expected to be 1-2 times per quarter. This individual contributor role reports directly to the local Manager and is project-led by the Sr. Marketing Manager - Employer Brand.

You will:

• Crafting Compelling Creative Assets: You will create impactful digital and print materials that resonate with our Employer Brand's strategic vision and visual guidelines.

• Continuous Innovation: Continually explore fresh visual concepts for Employer Brand marketing campaigns, staying attuned to industry best practices and emerging trends to engage both existing employees and potential candidates.

• Diverse Collateral: Design a wide range of marketing collateral pieces, including advertisements, landing pages, emails, social media posts, one-pagers, presentations, and more.

• Effective Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

• Target Audience Copywriting: Write copy to effectively communicate key messages to specific target audiences for each project in English and Polish.

• Management of Social Media and Employer Platforms: Follow the content calendar to post updates, campaigns, videos, content in our LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok company pages as well as our employer platforms such as Glassdoor, Indeed, BuiltIn, Comparably and more.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the People Team as well as other key stakeholders within the company, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns, communications, and assets.

You have:

• 4+ years of experience in an agency or in-house design and copywriting role.

• A strong portfolio of marketing design and content - please include the portfolio link in your CV.

• Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects under tight schedules, while maintaining a high level of quality and precision.

• Exceptional attention to detail, combined with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a fast-moving, high-cadence environment.

• A creative mindset that enables you to transform data and ideas into compelling visual designs.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Google slides.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Polish.

• Love of art, design and branding and for creating stunning designs that people emotionally connect.

Nice to have:

• Video editing/animation experience

• Photography experience

• A formal design education background with a solid foundation in color theory, typography, and layout principles (BA / BSc / Design degree)
