Replicant is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who can contribute across all aspects of our GTM. You will engage with stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, customer success and partners to translate our cutting-edge conversational AI technology into compelling messaging, enable the sales team with outstanding tools and content, and help establish Replicant as the leader in Contact Center Automation. This role will be instrumental in driving the success of our GTM strategy, from deep dives into our product launches, platform architecture and competitive intelligence to upleveling our messaging and content so that our strategic narrative resonates with our ICP, Personas and Industries. You have a strong product and technical background to clearly define our differentiation and communicate our product strategy and roadmap. This position will report into the Sr. Director of Product Marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear, compelling messaging that it has a POV, is data driven, sets us apart from competitors, has a strategic top of funnel narrative for contact center leaders, drives sales with both prospects and customers through the funnel, and dives deep into our architecture and platform for bottom of funnel conversion with IT leaders
  • Product Launches: Define and manage go-to-market strategy for our products including messaging, positioning, launch planning, use cases, customer stories, packaging, pricing, sales enablement, and customer adoption
  • Competitive Intelligence: Be the expert on Replicant’s competitive landscape, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities through in-depth market research and package it into messaging, positioning, collateral, insights, win/loss analysis and objection handling for customer-facing teams
  • Verticals and Personas: Identify and prioritize top vertical industries based on TAM, use cases and other criteria. Help define our ideal customer profile and maintain our buyer personas
  • Enablement: Work with customer-facing teams and partner with sales enablement to create and package high-impact narratives, content, collateral and training to drive acquisition, conversion, and expansion
  • Sales Collateral: Create sales and customer-facing content, videos, webinars, and product assets that distill core messages and are inspiring and relevant to companies of various industries and sizes – from mid-market to complex global enterprises
  • Market Research: Talk regularly to customers and prospects to develop a rich understanding of our market, our customers, their needs and how to drive value for them with new business plays
  • Metrics and Iteration: Develop and track metrics (both qualitative and quantitative) that help us understand the success of our products in the market and seek to continuously improve upon that success

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience in enterprise B2B SaaS and/or AI
  • 4-6 years of experience with product marketing or sales/solutions engineering
  • Experience launching enterprise-level technical products and delivering them to market
  • Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Partner and other departments
