Some people might say that visiting our Warehouse is like visiting the Land of Oz. (Okay, maybe that’s just us, but our ideal candidate would strongly agree!). Our Warehouse is a bustling hub of creativity, organization, and fulfillment! And even though it’s easy to get lost in all the excitement that goes on here, you’re ready to handle and supervise anything and everything that comes your way behind the scenes. You take making Siete dreams come true very seriously.
If you’re eager to keep our daily warehouse operations on track and make sure things are in tip-top shape—climb aboard! Our familia is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor, and we’d love to hear from you.

About you:

  • Like a seatbelt, you’ve got a strict “safety-forward” mindset.
  • Fact: you’re a master collaborator.
  • Admittedly, it’s been a few years (or more) since the song “Following The Leader” even popped into your head (good luck getting it out now…), but there’s no denying your leadership skills, as you’re constantly striving to be the Conductor rather than the Caboose.
  • You’re so adaptable even a tadpole would be jealous.
  • You communicate clearly, accurately, and attentively.
  • “Teamwork Orientation” is the name of your game--for this reason, you’re particularly good at Mario Party Team Minigames, charades, and various relays.
  • You display and encourage ethical conduct at all times; you’d make even the sternest mall cops, museum security, and Buckingham Palace guards proud.

What you will do:

  • Supervise the Swiss Warehouse Knife team on the daily execution of shipping, receiving, and rotation of products.
  • Review the appointment calendar daily to plan labor, confirm accuracy, make necessary updates, and assign appointments to appropriate warehouse loading bays.
  • Manage inventory communications between HQ & DC staff, assist the warehouse team with inventory allocations in the WMS and run inventory allocations as necessary.
  • Ensure that the daily execution of shipping, receiving, and organization of the products is performed within the parameters of the Inventory Management System (NetSuite).
  • Assist shipping and receiving trucks, checking in merchandise, matching seals, matching purchase orders to sales orders, and distributing to necessary parties for processing.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the inventory management system by ensuring that all products are appropriately tagged and accurately assigned to the available pick locations.
  • Work cross-functionally with Logistics and QA to assess inbound shipments; document and report discrepancies as necessary.
  • Support the Warehouse Administrator to check in drivers while updating the appointment calendar, and communicating as the liaison between the warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Monitor and lead the team’s execution of safety practices; report any issues to the Warehouse Manager, Safety Manager, and HR immediately and complete incident reports.
  • Monitor key essential equipment (forklifts, refrigeration, vehicles); reports any issues to the Warehouse Manager and Safety Manager.
  • Work closely with the Facilities Manager to maintain periodic maintenance and identify items of concern for timely repair.
  • Maintain an inventory of warehouse supplies and work with the Warehouse Administrator to order supplies as needed.
  • Assist Warehouse Manager in writing the weekly team schedule.
  • Able to lift at least 40 lbs and work flexible hours such as weekends.

Your experience:

  • 5+ years of warehouse experience required.
  • Deep understanding of warehouse safety and OSHA laws.
  • Certified Train-the-trainer for forklift operation and other warehouse equipment such as pallet jack, order picker and box cutter.
  • Able to lift at least 40 lbs and work flexible hours such as weekends.
  • Work in a cold/wet storage facility environment (ranging from -10 to 46 degrees Fahrenheit).
Please fill out our culture questionnaire. There are no wrong answers here -we want to learn more about you!
