Like a loving grandparent or bestie who makes sure that your plate and belly are full, your bed is warm and cozy, and the pantry is stocked with all of your favorite snacks every time you visit—you’re the “host with the most!” Not only because you make sure everyone feels included, seen, and cared for in every space and interaction, but also because you navigate life with a hospitality mindset rooted in love. And that mindset extends beyond in-person interactions. You have a knack for connecting people (and connecting with people) both IRL and through the screen!
You take note of the little things and keep them in your back pocket for future surprise-and-delight opportunities. That one restaurant your neighbor mentioned was their favorite? You wrote it down. Anyone and everyone’s birthday? You’ve got those, too. You’re on top of it! Because at the end of the day, your goal is to make people feel special and connected. Which is why you’re more than ready to bring your joyful attitude and loving hospitality to our Siete communities! Sound like you? We’d love to hear from you for our Community Specialist position.

About you:

  • You’re the friend who leads the charge in an Escape Room because your ideas and solutions are unique, creative, and miss no detail. You might as well have a lightbulb over your head at all times… You’re that good!
  • Like a ray of sunshine, your warmth is contagious! You make everyone feel comfortable because you radiate kindness.
  • “Highly motivated with the ability to multitask” is either your bio on LinkedIn, or a sticky note on your mirror that you read to yourself every morning.
  • Like a binder with color-coded and alphabetized dividers or a planner with categorized tasks and to-do lists, you’re organized and pay attention to detail.
  • You’re always seven steps ahead of everyone else! Predicting everyone’s needs and acting with the utmost care.
  • You take note of everything from people’s dietary needs to the name of the book that person read (and loved!) on their last vacation. Known by coworkers, friends, and new acquaintances alike for the way you go above and beyond.
  • Bringing people together is your cup of tea (or cafecito!). You’re a natural people-person, and you make people feel right at home.
  • You operate with a “Juntos es Mejor” (together is better) mentality because teamwork makes the dream work! G-O, T-E-A-M!

What you do:

  • Forge and nurture community connections, driving partnerships and collaborative efforts through various platforms, including events, social media, and other brand experiences.
  • Work with the Community Manager and Sr. Director of Brand Experience to increase effective outreach to potential communities and community members.
  • Maintain, foster, and engage existing community programs, as well as in future communities that we identify.
  • Amplify community engagement by contributing ideas and executing strategies to boost community involvement and brand affinity.

  • Research potential brand collaboration opportunities for alignment with different community projects.
  • Research the latest trends in our communities and make recommendations to surprise, delight, connect, and meet our communities where they are.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners, such as agencies, vendors, and influencers.
  • Work closely with the Brand Experience team to support cross-functional programs and activations as needed.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships and engagement across communities, including regular conversation starters, newsletters and gifting.
  • Coordinate travel, logistics and gifting associated with influencer and community activations.
  • Support ongoing administrative management of community platforms and tools.
  • Travel up to 30% of the time and be available to work nights and weekends for community related events, activations and other brand related activities.

Your experience:
