What does your role bring to the table?
The Director of Digital Marketing will play a key role in driving Snooze’s digital strategy and marketing technology initiatives as a critical part of the Snooze Marketing Team. This role will be responsible for keeping Snooze at the forefront of all things digital marketing technology to help drive overall brand awareness and restaurant traffic, ultimately amplifying the Snooze story. The Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for creating an ongoing vision and Marketing technology architecture in a rapidly evolving environment. Leveraging Snooze’s current technology stack across Punchh loyalty, the Snooze App, Yelp, OLO as well as understanding current and future payment processors will be essential to optimizing Snooze’s technology experience for Snoozers and guests. Also, at the heart of this role will be leveraging the use of Snooze’s first party owned guest data to inform both strategy and tactical plans across all platforms but with heavy emphasis on driving My Snooze BennyFits loyalty strategy, optimization, and acquisition. This role reports to the EVP, Marketing.
This role will also be required to lead in the planning, execution, and day-to-day management across all digital platforms like SEO, SMS and the management of Snooze’s websites. Tracking performance via Google Analytics, and have experience using tools like various email service providers, online ad platforms, and content management systems are important to the day-to-day aspects of the job.
This role will require a passion for marketing innovation and growing Snooze’s digital technology acumen, the ability to adapt to the fluid needs of a business experiencing significant growth, possess critical thinking skills and thought leadership within the digital landscape. An excitement around leading and developing others. As well as having a high degree of collaboration with internal partners like IT, Operations and with external partners will be critical to the day-to-day aspect of the role. In addition, the willingness and ability to think at a strategic level while operating with an entrepreneurial mindset to get the job done with limited resources. This role will be instrumental in building an iconic breakfast experience!
The Position Specifics
Taking on the role of Director of Digital Marketing isn’t just about bacon and pancakes. The responsibilities of this position include:
· Omnichannel Growth & Conversion: Lead the strategic roadmap for SEO and Paid SEM to drive brand awareness, while aggressively optimizing the online ordering conversion funnel and mobile app functionality to maximize guest acquisition and media ROI.
· Retention, Loyalty & Profitability: Oversee the lifecycle marketing ecosystem—including Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and Loyalty—utilizing data-driven segmentation to increase guest frequency and ensure the long-term profitability of reward programs.
· Strategic MarTech Integration: Collaborate closely with the technology team to make critical marketing stack decisions, ensuring all digital tools are seamlessly integrated to support effective, high-scale marketing operations and a frictionless guest experience.
· Data-Driven Accountability: Partner with the analytics team to architect comprehensive dashboards and KPIs that provide real-time visibility into the effectiveness of digital channels, conversion rates, and the impact of total media spend.
· Strategy, System, and Leadership: Build the system for Digital Marketing (processes, tech stack, and operating rhythms), set the strategy that achieves the brand’s vision and traffic goals, and provide leadership to the team and partners who execute the work

Let’s Talk Prerequisites! (Education, Credentials, and Experience)
· 7+ years of relevant experience within an agency, marketing firm or client-side marketing department is desired. (extra credit if the experience is in the hospitality sector)
· 5+ years leading a team of direct reports or managing several contracts based positions
· Bachelor’s degree level education in Marketing or like-minded degree or certification
· Must be authorized to work in the United States
Let’s Get Physical (Additional Requirements)
· Must have the stamina to work 45 to 55 hours per week
· Travel required for this position is approximately 10% and you must be able to travel for up to 5 days at one time (air, car, bus. Train, and weekend travel all required)
· Home base is in Denver, CO at the Snooze Restaurant Support Center (3 days a week required in office)
The Nitty Gritty Details
Denver area base salary range: $120,000-$150,000 per year
The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the Snooze salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Snooze’s total compensation package for employees.
