Our Opportunity
At Snyk, we’re on a mission to power a seamless and secure employee experience through innovative People Technology solutions. As a People Technology Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing Workday configurations, optimizing HR processes, and supporting the full employee lifecycle.
This role is a 50/50 split between hands-on Workday system administration and projects and HR cycle work, partnering closely with People Operations, IT, and global teams to enhance system capabilities and streamline HR processes. You’ll work across multiple areas of HR technology, including Workday HCM, compensation, integrations, payroll, recruiting, talent, and learning.

You’ll Spend Your Time:
- Administering and configuring Workday, with the ability to specialize in particular modules, based on your experience and business needs.
- Partnering with People Operations, IT, and Payroll teams to optimize system capabilities and drive automation.
- Supporting key HR technology initiatives, including Workday Recruiting module implementation, compensation cycle improvements, enhancements in payroll and Workday integrations, and learning & talent management improvements.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency across HR systems.
- Auditing and ensuring data integrity and security across all People technology platforms.
- Acting as the first point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, troubleshooting system issues, and providing user support.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience working in People Technology, with a strong understanding of HR systems and configurations.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level HR systems, including HRIS configurations and integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize processes and troubleshoot effectively.
- Technical acumen in system enablement and HR technology.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity and security.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.
We’d be Lucky if You:
- Hold a Workday Certification in one or multiple modules, or have completed relevant Workday training unitsHave experience in HR operations, people analytics, or HRIS integrations.
- Have worked in a high-growth tech environment supporting HR digital transformation.
- Have experience with process automation and data migration projects.
- Can confidently hold a debate on the best snacks for a long Zoom call (and bring your own recommendations).
- Enjoy the occasional GIF war or spontaneous team banter in Slack.
- Believe that no team meeting is complete without at least one good laugh.
- Can handle some friendly competition in an office quiz or a casual after-work hangout.
