AI is changing how software is built, and how it’s secured. As a Customer Acquisition Account Executive for the DACH region, you’ll help organisations adopt secure, AI-native development practices from day one and as they scale.
This is a full-lifecycle role where you’ll own new customer acquisition, renewals, and expansion across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You’ll work closely with technical buyers, security leaders, and developers, guiding customers from first conversation through long-term partnership.
You’ll be part of our Commercial EMEA Sales team, working in a hybrid setup with regular collaboration from our London Euston office (three days per week), while supporting customers across the DACH region.
What You’ll Do:
Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle across your DACH territory: new logos, renewals, and expansion.
Build and progress pipeline through thoughtful outbound and account-based prospecting.
Lead complex sales cycles with technical and business stakeholders.
Partner closely with Sales Engineers to deliver value-led, developer-first sales motions.
Position Snyk as the AI-native developer security platform of choice.
Use data, feedback, and experimentation to continuously improve how you sell.
What You Bring:
Fluency in German (spoken and written) or proven experience selling into the DACH market, with the ability to engage confidently with local buyers.
Experience owning full-cycle B2B SaaS sales motions.
Confidence selling to technical audiences in modern engineering environments.
A strong track record of pipeline generation and deal ownership.
Curiosity, resilience, and a bias for action in fast-moving teams.
