Snyk is the leader in secure AI software development, helping millions of developers develop fast and stay secure as AI transforms how software is built. Our AI-native Developer Security Platform integrates seamlessly into development and security workflows, making it easy to find, fix, and prevent vulnerabilities — from code and dependencies to containers and cloud.
Our mission is to empower every developer to innovate securely in the AI era — boosting productivity while reducing business risk. We’re not your average security company - we build Snyk on One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking.
It’s how we stay driven, supportive, and always one step ahead as AI reshapes our world.

Why this role?

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Snyk builds and secures its financial infrastructure at scale. You’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team to create and deliver scalable technology solutions that automate core financial business processes. This is a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between Sales operations and Financial reporting, owning the results for strategic programs that directly impact our mission to embed security into the AI-native development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead complex system implementations from conception to execution, translating business needs into actionable technical specifications.

  • Partner with Finance and Sales operations to design technology solutions that automate and optimize core financial business processes.

  • Own the technical roadmap for complex projects, setting standards and resolving high-level technical challenges to drive team alignment.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and subject matter experts to prioritize strategic initiatives and manage upstream/downstream system changes.

  • Drive continuous improvement by leading root cause analysis for major incidents and identifying automation opportunities within current workflows.

  • Mentor junior team members in best practices and technical areas of specialization to foster a culture of growth within the CIS team.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar Business Systems Analyst role.

  • Deep expertise in NetSuite ecosystems, including Advanced Revenue Management and Multibook accounting.

  • Proven track record with complex integrations, specifically connecting upstream and downstream systems like Salesforce CPQ, Workato, and NetSuite.

  • Strong architectural design skills, with the ability to lead the design for complex systems and make strategic technology recommendations.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for synthesizing complex technical information for senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.

  • A bias for action and initiative, with the ability to navigate a high-volume, fast-paced environment and anticipate challenges before they arise.

It’d Be Awesome If You Also…

  • Have hands-on experience with tools like Workday, Coupa, or Zone Billing.

  • Are a complete team player who thrives on giving and receiving feedback to evolve quickly.

  • Love solving complex problems with innovative solutions that consider the organization’s long-term strategies.

  • Are highly adaptable to changing trends in both technology and business requirements.

  • Bring a sense of humor—we take our mission to secure the world's software seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously!

Annual Base Salary Range: $106,000 – $130,000 USD
