Who We Are
Spectro Cloud helps platform teams and cloud providers modernize and manage infrastructure for the AI era without adding more tools or operational complexity.

With PaletteAI, enterprises, public sector organizations, neoclouds and sovereign clouds can build, govern and operate full-stack environments across VMs, Kubernetes, edge, regulated and air-gapped locations, and AI infrastructure. PaletteAI Launchpads help teams start quickly with urgent outcomes such as VMware migration, token cost control or edge modernization, then scale into enterprise-wide lifecycle management, governance and fleet operations on the same platform.

About the Team
Marketing at Spectro Cloud runs fast, and the systems underneath need to keep up. We're hiring our first dedicated Senior Marketing Operations Manager to own the plumbing that makes everything work — the workflows, the data, the leads, the nurtures, and the reporting that leadership and the board rely on. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role reporting to the Director of Demand Gen. You'll be the person who makes marketing operations a durable, well-architected system that scales with the business. You'll partner closely with demand generation, field marketing, web, sales, and RevOps, and you'll have a direct line into how pipeline gets built, measured, and reported.

What You'll Do
Lead flow, system architecture, and automation
● Own how leads move through HubSpot and into Salesforce end-to-end
● Build and maintain campaign workflows
● Manage HubSpot ↔ Salesforce integration, field mapping, and lifecycle stage handoffs
● Add and maintain the properties needed for routing, reporting, and sales visibility
● Troubleshoot sync errors and process breakdowns as they arise

Campaign and event operations
● Manage landing pages, forms, and campaign assets in HubSpot
● Upload and process event lead lists; route qualified leads into the right nurture sequences
● QA campaign setup end-to-end — from lead capture through Salesforce sync
● Ensure lead source and channel tracking is consistent, complete, and reportable across trade shows, website, SEO, social, ABM, and paid programs

Data quality and system maintenance
● Own the ongoing integrity of marketing data.
● Monitor and resolve sync errors, incomplete records, and misrouted leads
● Investigate individual records when qualification, source, or history is questioned
● Own and enforce a consistent cross-team UTM structure for digital campaigns

Lead scoring and lifecycle management
● Maintain and continuously improve the lead scoring and qualification model used by Marketing and Sales
● Ensure lifecycle stage definitions are clear, consistently applied, and aligned with how Sales works leads Nurture operations ● Build and maintain nurture programs in HubSpot, including entry/exit logic and progression rules
● Monitor performance and report on whether programs are actually moving leads forward
● Manage one off email sends for event invitation/follow up etc.

Reporting, dashboards, and attribution
● Build the reporting foundation for pipeline sourced and influenced by marketing, by source and channel
● Deliver campaign ROI reporting: target, actual, and attainment
● Maintain separate reporting views for Commercial and Public Sector
● Produce quarterly board-ready reporting, including sourced/attributed vs. assisted/influenced, open vs. closed-won, and created-in-quarter vs. trailing
● Develop a first version of a multi-touch attribution model, and iterate from there

Minimum Qualifications
● 6+ years in marketing operations at a B2B SaaS company, with at least 2–3 years at a senior/lead level in a builder role.
● Long term strategic thinker with a builder mindset.
● Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise — workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, custom properties, sync management, settings. You should be able to open HubSpot on day one and know exactly where to look.
● Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and of the HubSpot–Salesforce integration specifically (field mapping, sync rules, common failure modes)
● Experience owning lead routing, lifecycle management, and lead scoring end-to-end
● Track record of building nurture programs that actually move pipeline
● Comfort with attribution — multi-touch models, sourced vs. influenced, and the tradeoffs between them
● Strong data instincts: you notice when numbers don't add up, and you know how to trace them back to the source
● Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills — this role sits at the seam between Marketing, Sales, and RevOps
● Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving, less-than-fully-built environment

Preferred Qualifications
● Hands on experience with ABM platforms (6Sense, DemandBase), intent data tools, lead routing (LeanData)
● HubSpot Marketing Software and/or Salesforce Administrator certifications
● Experience building marketing ops from an early stage rather than inheriting a mature stack
