Description
Job Summary: This role is responsible for delivering technical solutions to solve business problems which includes implementing and maintaining various software applications to meet the needs of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements. This involves conducting interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing systems.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories in a clear and understandable manner. This documentation serves as a reference for both business and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design and configure applications to meet the specific needs of the organization, which may involve customizing existing modules, creating new entities, and defining workflows.
- Develop test plans and conduct thorough testing of systems configurations and customizations to ensure that they meet quality standards and perform as expected.
- Develop reports, workflows and extracts to support user needs.
- Provide support to end-users by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and providing training on how to use the applications effectively.
- Support users with training and change management by preparing required documentation and assist with communicating expectations and requirements to the business.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience using software development methodologies and project management fundamentals.
- Ability to work successfully independently and in teams.
- Ability to drive towards results and make decisions.
- High energy, organized, risk taker and process oriented.
- Ability to influence others to gain cooperation and alignment.
