As the Business Analyst you will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and maintaining technical solutions to meet business needs. You will partner with stakeholders to analyze processes, document requirements, configure systems, and support ongoing application usage to improve operational efficiency and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and process requirements through interviews, workshops, and system analysis.
- Document clear and concise business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to guide project development.
- Configure and customize software applications, including creating new modules, entities, and workflows, to support evolving business needs.
- Design and execute test plans; validate system functionality through thorough testing of configurations and customizations.
- Develop and maintain system reports, data extracts, and automated workflows based on user requirements.
- Provide application support to end users, including issue resolution, training, and guidance on system functionality.
- Support change management initiatives by preparing training materials, documentation, and communication to help users adapt to system changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field — or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in a business analysis or systems analyst role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management fundamentals
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable influencing others and building alignment across teams
