Office Administrator – Cyprus

We are looking for a proactive and dependable Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our Cyprus office. You will help keep the office organized, welcoming, and running smoothly, while providing general administrative support to the team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone early in their career who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and creating a great workplace environment.

Responsibilities

Office Support (Primary Focus)

  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times

  • Order and restock office supplies, snacks, drinks, and kitchen/bathroom essentials

  • Organize team lunches and assist with internal office events

  • Welcome visitors and support meeting room setup

  • Liaise with building management and vendors when needed

  • Help maintain a positive, professional, and enjoyable office environment

  • Support with general office coordination and day-to-day tasks as required

Administrative Support

  • Assist with calendar scheduling and meeting coordination

  • Help organize travel bookings and prepare basic expense reports

  • Support documentation and simple record-keeping tasks

  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team

  • Handle information with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination role

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Reliable, proactive, and willing to help wherever needed

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Comfortable managing multiple small tasks at once

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
