We started THISBOWL (or FISHBOWL as we were known down under) back in 2016 on Bondi Beach. We combined our love for Japanese flavours, healthy living, and creative industries like music and design. We set out to change the culture around 'fast food' by taking the best of mother nature's ingredients, and combining these with secret dressings and toppings all made from scratch each day. THISBOWL became crave-able, affordable, and memorable. We always surrounded our product with everything we loved. From design, art, music, to our surf team and run clubs, these elements were who we were and resulted in our brand today. One that connected with the community and stood for more than just great food. Fast forwarding almost 8 years, we now have 45 restaurants in Australia, and we arrived here, opening our first international flagship in Noho, New York.
