\nAbout this role
\nUdemy is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator as part of our GTM Systems team. As Senior SFDC Administrator you will be part of our core team that is responsible for designing and building our strategic solutions on the Salesforce platform using configuration and declarative admin features. You will have extensive experience and knowledge in industry standard development best practices and methodologies. You will be a self organized senior member of the team who has the ability to efficiently work with our business and cross functional stakeholders.
\nWhat you'll be doing:

- Work with Solution Architect, Product Manager, Business Analysts and Developers to translate business needs into scalable and stable Salesforce solutions. \n
- Perform complex Salesforce configuration and maintenance as needed including but not limited to process flows, formulas, application creation, object model updates, lightning components, security and user access updates \n
- Perform mass dataloads and advanced data analysis \n
- Coordinate and perform unit testing and systems integration testing (SIT) for assigned features \n
- Conduct review sessions and demos with business stakeholder and SMEs \n
- Support and resolve Tier 2 system issues reported through support channels \n
- Manage sprint deployments using Salto.io and sandbox refreshes \n
What you'll have

- 7+ years of experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud for SaaS companies. \n
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required), Salesforce Platform App Builder (Required) \n
- Deep understanding of CI/CD and deployment best practices leveraged for Salesforce \n
- Experience administering third-party applications commonly integrated with Salesforce Sales Cloud such as Docusign, Conga, IronClad, Clari, Boostup, FullCast \n
- Proactive communication and collaboration skills with team members and stakeholders across global time zones \n
- Experience working agile sprint cycles leveraging JIRA or a similar technology \n
