About you

A Udemy Business Learning Architect supports pre- and post-sales efforts, conducting needs analysis, and creating a measurement strategy to support our customers’ ability to achieve their business goals. 

\n

Udemy Business Learning Architects ensure customers achieve their desired business outcomes through thought partnership and deep customer and executive engagement. 

\n

You will be responsible for ensuring our most strategic customers are achieving their organizational priorities through our partnership, while generating account growth opportunities and will collaborate with our sales and customer-facing teams to build thoughtful, strategic learning solutions for a learning technology company.

You demonstrate thought leadership on leadership development, social learning, learning analytics and capability-building that drives business impact in post-sales. You have a passion for customer engagement and the ability to partner strategically to gain executive alignment on organizational learning and leadership initiatives. You partner with the Sales and Customer success teams to bring to life the business impact that Udemy is creating, by connecting qualitative and quantitative data for powerful stories of impact.

\nWhat you'll be doing: \n

  • Meeting with customers, in partnership with our Sales and Customer Success teams, to translate their business objectives into measurable business results through learning.
  • \n
  • Assessing and deeply understanding the client’s business imperatives and leadership development needs and developing a proposed solution that inspires buyer confidence 
  • \n
  • Creating and executing engagement plans (“Blueprints”) that illustrate compelling leadership development solutions and accelerate buying decisions
  • \n
  • Initiating a measurement strategy that will generate compelling evidence for the success of your solution and strong return on the customer’s investment
  • \n
  • Becoming a product expert, intimately knowing the features and differentiators of our technology and learning solutions
  • \n
  • Working with data scientists and/or analytics team to identify and convey actionable insights that impact our client’s decision-making and business direction and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Content, Customer Success, Product, and Data) to drive implementation, renewals, and customer growth

\nWhat you’ll have: \n

  • 5+ years of experience consulting in leadership development or designing virtual learning solutions
  • \n
  • Proven skill in managing B2B projects: establishing priorities, organizing others from diverse teams, facilitating meetings, meeting deadlines
  • \n
  • Customer orientation: skilled at establishing and maintaining organizational relationships with a diverse group of people, balancing that with internal colleague relationships 
  • \n
  • Superior business acumen, can analyze data to derive actionable insights for business leaders and procure strategic business reviews with leaders
  • \n
  • Flexibility, agility, demonstrated initiative and independence
  • \n
