\nAbout this role
\nWe are looking for a talented project manager who is driven by building relationships and being a key contributor to setting the strategic direction of major accounts. This is a role that requires coordinating internal and customer resources to initiate, coordinate, and manage numerous projects in concert from initiation through delivery. You will establish a strong partnership with Sales and Customer Success and bring a project management mindset to help customers achieve their learning strategy, deploy new programs, and measure success.
\nWhat you'll be doing:

- Project, Resource and Risk Management: Lead and oversee time-bound customer-facing projects from initiation to closure. This includes effectively managing project scope, schedule, budget, resource planning, risks, dependencies, and close-out. Prioritize clarity and simplicity to accelerate time to value for our customers. \n
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within Customer Success, Sales, Content, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to create coordinated project plans and align these plans with customer expectations. \n
- Stakeholder Communication: Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills when interacting with both Udemy and customer management. Keep them informed about project plans, status updates, and any critical issues that may arise. When necessary, escalate urgent matters appropriately and work closely with customer project stakeholders to drive timely resolutions. \n
- Sales and CS Services Evangelist: Act as an evangelist for services, assisting Sales and CS with selling, ensuring Sales and CS understand our offerings and can articulate the value of PS, and ultimately, increasing PS attachment rate and progress account influence and growth. \n
- Continuous Improvement: Support establishment and adoption of project management frameworks, documentation, tools, and best practices. Identify areas for improvement and providing feedback to continuously improve our project management methodology, the tools we use, and how we communicate at Udemy \n
What you’ll have
\n- \n
- 5+ years of relevant work experience as a customer-facing project manager or implementation manager for a SaaS company focused on the delivery of customer solutions \n
- Demonstrated history in project management and change management, working with large organizations with a proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline \n
- The ability to develop and maintain a passion for the customer’s vision with our internal team. \n
- Demonstrated experience working with 10-15 large enterprise level customers at a time, where organizational complexity can introduce risk \n
- Strong analytical and communication skills with an ability to solve problems creatively in a collaborative and virtual environment. \n
- Experience proactively addressing project obstacles and have the willingness to go above and beyond to chase down loose ends that lead to successful project delivery \n
- Fluent in English and German in a business environment \n
