About this role 

\n

As a Content Services Manager on Udemy's Professional Services team, your role involves harmonizing Udemy Business content with the learning objectives of our customers. This entails a deep understanding of customers' learning needs, their current content, curriculum, certifications, and the specific skills and roles they target. Leveraging this understanding, you will curate, refine, and recommend the optimal Udemy Business content that precisely meets customer upskilling/reskilling requirements.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manager of One: Lead content discovery conversations with customers to determine desired outcomes and requirements.  Oversee day-to-day content mapping for multiple accounts, tracking performance trends, collaborating with peers, and contributing to Udemy’s mission of improving lives through learning by massively accelerating our content services operations
  • \n
  • Player: Build, operate, and scale content mapping processes with successful outcomes being; timely assignment of mapping resources, automation, optimization & scaling of processes, and increasing reach of customers. Set content map management best practices and educate cross-functional partners and customers on said best practices.
  • \n
  • Process Development: Create, manage, and own work streams related to content mapping. Optimize and manage day-to-day operations including customer requests and vendor relations.
  • \n
  • Systems Implementation: Work cross-functionally to evaluate, identify, refine current content services to support the goals of key stakeholders, including Center of Excellence leaders, IT, GTM Ops, and Content Strategy.
  • \n
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator: Build strong partnerships with sales, CS, and Content Strategy to understand business priorities and to inform on Content Services capabilities and enhancements. Thought partnership is critical to success in this role.

  • Impact Measurement: Report performance metrics, including demand, skill trends, industry trends, turnaround times, customer satisfaction, and deliverable completion. Continuously build scalable solutions that improve the learning experience for our learners.

What you’ll have

  • 3+ years experience in a service-oriented role, preferably in EdTech focused on delivering customer solutions.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated experience in building new services, operations, and workstreams where needed.
  • \n
  • Efficiency in strategically adopting and creating tools and processes to automate as much as possible in order to scale this service.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
  • \n
  • Strategic, analytical thinking skills with an ability to identify creative solutions to problems.
  • \n
  • Clear communication skills in person and in writing to effectively represent Udemy’s values in customer relations.
