  • You have deep expertise in People Partnering in the APAC region, supporting multiple countries.

  • You have broad knowledge of Australian and Indian employment legislation and best people practices, especially in employee relations, compliance, communications, and OD / change management.

What you'll be doing:

  • Comprehensive strategic and operational People Partner support to the APAC region, including Australia, India, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, China.Work cross functionally / regionally in a matrix environment.Strategic and operational support to Regional Leadership and Management teamsCoach and enable regional  leadership team effectiveness with ability to set / manage expectations of the business and promote and develop manager capability.

  • Leverage your People expertise and objective analytical capabilities to influence managers/leaders with data-driven recommendations  in order to improve performance, retention, and the employee experience.
  • \n
  • Advise on and modify global policies / processes to ensure local compliance
  • \n
  • Lead and participate in People Programs and initiatives, in partnership with the People Partner and People Experience teams

What you’ll have: 

\n
    \n
  • Background of at least six (6) years as an HR Business Partner at a mid-large size multinational company (preferably SaaS), partnering with Sales and / or Tech teams; and at least eight (8) years of overall HR or work-related experience.
  • \n
  • BA/BS or relevant experience that demonstrates ability to influence business outcomes through the development of people and leadership capability.
  • \n
  • Qualified Coach or demonstrated experience in coaching Leaders / Managers
  • \n
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling a business regionally / internationally
  • \n
  • Project / program management experience 
  • \n
  • Membership  / Affiliation with a HR / People / Business professional body, such as CIPD, SHRM.
