About this role

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Global Benefits to build and lead the team responsible for developing and implementing a global benefits strategy. You will leverage your deep experience and understanding of global benefits plans and offerings, including local statutory requirements, to provide thought partnership and execution of these significant programs and initiatives. With your passion for continuous improvement and driving an amazing employee experience, you will be part of our exceptional team supporting our global employees.

What you'll be doing:

    \n
  • Develop and implement a global total rewards philosophy that supports company goals. Manage benefits, wellbeing, and pension programs across Australia, India, Ireland, Türkiye, the UK, and EMEA/APAC countries through our Global Employer of Record (EOR)
  • \n
  • Measure current benefit offerings and recommend improvements/efficiencies 
  • \n
  • Build and develop our global team, providing people management, talent development, and growth opportunities. Manage broker, consultant, and vendor partnerships
  • \n
  • Develop a communication strategy that increases understanding of global benefit programs and the value they deliver
  • \n
  • Partner and drive the execution of benefit annual renewals and enrollment processes, for a variety of countries involved in all phases of renewal discussions, benefits communication, and change management plans. Ensure compliance with regional, country, federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
  • \n
  • Provide leave management oversight, reporting, vendor management (as applicable based on country), and policies. Lead/participate in ad hoc projects and other activities related to our global benefit programs, including M&A and establishing new entities

What you’ll have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, business administration or related discipline preferred
  • \n
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in benefits management, with at least 4 at global level
  • \n
  • In-depth knowledge of benefits regulations and best practices in multiple regions, experience in Türkiye, India, Australia, UK, and Ireland is a plus
  • \n
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on cross-cultural sensitivity and collaboration
  • \n
