About you 

\n

You have experience leading large-scale programs from inception to completion based on employee input and business needs of the organization.  This also includes facilitating large company change management and partnering with internal communications on the cascading communication strategy. Our ideal candidate has served as a People Partner/HR Business Partner for a minimum of 4 years and has participated in designing and implementing impactful performance management, career growth and recognition programs in a forward-thinking organization.

About this role

This position will play a critical role in evolving the foundation of the employee experience at Udemy. This includes furthering the enablement of Udemate growth, and progressive performance management . This role creates the opportunity for someone to be a thought leader in People Programs, utilize their expert program management skills, and partner across the organization to make an impact for all Udemates.

What you'll be doing:

    \n
  • Lead strategic employee experience programs and projects driven by data / insights in partnership with People Partners, Learning Partners, DEI and executive sponsors.
  • \n
  • Develop, organize, and monitor inter-connected Employee Experience activities and projects (Performance Management, Career Development and Recognition).
  • \n
  • Use a combination of employee voice, thought leadership, and company need to design and adjust employee experience programs
  • \n
  • Ensure that performance management is continuous and ingrained into day-to-day interactions among Udemates and between Udemates and their managers
  • \n
  • Build foundational programs in partnership with Learning, Recruiting and People Partners to drive career development aligned with Udemate skills, strengths, and business needs
  • \n

What you’ll have:

  • 5+ years of experience serving in a People Partner/HRBusiness Partner capacity designing and implementing HR programs
  • \n
  • \nStrategic Thinking Ability to understand business needs and translate them aligned foundational people programs
  • \n
  • \nData-driven Decision Making - Can leverage quantitative and qualitative data to enable informed decision-making
  • \n
  • \nCross-functional Program Management - Selecting and engaging the right stakeholders, designing program execution, and change management
