\nAbout this role
\nYou will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using cutting-edge technologies like large language models (LLMs) that are either hosted on premises or accessed through an API, our vector-based semantic search system, and of course neural networks either trained from scratch or fine-tuned using pre-trained models. Besides the technical complexity, these projects will be complex and diverse requiring you to work with minimal supervision and will involve multiple parties.
\nWhat you'll be doing

- Collaborate with the team members to plan, organize and complete the work required to build these solutions in sprints \n
- Report your findings and progress in a timely manner with documents that lay out the content in a clear way \n
- Continue to improve your understanding of your area and support your team in decision making and adopting best practices \n
- Building systems and processes that enable scalability, traceability and monitoring of ML solutions \n
- Specifically, you'll immediately start working on building products that involve language technologies relying heavily on LLMs hosted by major providers and using vector-based semantic search techniques \n
- Contribute to a team culture that values openness, quality, robustness, and scalability while fostering innovation. \n
What you’ll have

- Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures \n
- Strong knowledge of machine learning lifecycle and hands-on experience on a variety of fundamental methods \n
- Strong experience with deep learning and large language models \n
- Experience with prompting techniques involving LLMs \n
- Proficiency with relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g. SQL, Python, Tensorflow, PyTorch, Huggingface, LangChain, LlamaIndex) \n
- Experience with big data storage and processing frameworks such as Hadoop, Hive, and Spark \n
