\nAs a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the design, and implementation of the next-gen payments platform. You will be working on delivering crucial components of the various payments system that handles Fin-Risk, Refunds, Attribution, Revenue Calculation, Revenue Distribution, and Reporting. We have an exciting road map ahead of us across all of the above systems and it is also a unique opportunity to build core components at scale.
\nWhat you'll be doing:

- As a member of the team, you will be working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, interacting with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers to identify opportunities and implement solutions. \n
- You will relentlessly refactor existing systems to make them more robust, maintainable, and scalable \n
- Work on innovative ideas in the payments domain to be future-read \n
- Collaborate with other teams and departments \n
What you’ll have:
\n- \n
- Strong CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems. \n
- Design and architecture knowledge, as well as familiarity with object-oriented design patterns. \n
- Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. \n
- Curiosity to learn and grow \n
- Experience in leading projects, initiatives and/or teams, with full ownership of the systems involved \n
- \n
- Experience working in FinTech or Payments domain. \n
- Experience in designing, building, improving and operating large-scale, high-performance, highly available and scalable distributed systems. \n
