\nAbout this role
\nUdemy is looking for a driven, curious candidate to join our growing Treasury team. Primary responsibilities for this role include assistance with cash management, support for our foreign subsidiaries, investments, and FX management. The ideal candidate for this role will work closely with various groups including Product, Accounting, Engineering, FP&A to gain an understanding of how Treasury can support a multi currency business platform that connects students with instructors globally.
\nWhat you'll be doing:
\n- \n
- Oversee all cash management activities including cash positioning, forecasting, and intercompany activity \n
- Responsible for treasury based cash forecast model (implementation/distribution) \n
- Work with engineering/product teams to support implementation projects (New payment methods, new currency launch, new legal entity, local payment support, etc.) \n
- Manage all banking relationships and payment service providers systems including access provisioning \n
- Assess and review fees across all service providers and find opportunities to optimize services and costs \n
- Risk management controls including FX hedging \n
- Manage our investment portfolio by providing support to stakeholders and monitoring the portfolio for compliance with our investment policy \n
- Partner with internal audit to develop, document, and execute controls over treasury processes to ensure SOX compliance. \n
- Review and recommend improvement to treasury procedures, and develop SOPs \n
- Oversee implementation projects \n
What you’ll have

- 5+years experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Banking \n
- Strong Analytical skills w/Excel modeling \n
- Ability to prioritize and organize in order to meet deadlines \n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills \n
- Knowledge or experience with Payment Processors like Stripe (preferred) \n
- CTP (preferred) \n
- Project Management skills \n
