Account Manager – Revenue Growth & Deal Closing Focus

We’re looking for a high‑energy Account Manager who thrives on closing business and expanding revenue within an assigned book. You’ll own relationships with a portfolio of customers—both existing and newly landed—and turn every interaction into a revenue‑generating opportunity while ensuring clients realize maximum value from our SaaS platform. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive renewals & upsells. Proactively engage customers well before renewal to assess usage, surface new pain points, and negotiate expansions that grow ACV.
  • Close new deals. Identify whitespace inside each account, run efficient discovery, build business cases, and move opportunities from first call to signed order.
  • Quarterback success. Partner with onboarding and support teams to accelerate time‑to‑value, remove adoption blockers, and secure reference‑ready advocates.
  • Master the numbers. Maintain a full, accurate pipeline, forecast confidently, and beat quota quarter after quarter.
  • Be visible. Meet customers on‑site and at industry events to deepen relationships and uncover revenue opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales with a track record of meeting and beating ARR or quota targets through both renewals and net‑new expansion.
  • Expert negotiator & closer who can craft ROI‑backed proposals, sell to executives, and win competitive deals.
  • Pipeline athlete. Comfortable juggling inbound inquiries with self‑sourced opportunities—as effective on phone, email, and live chat as you are in person.
  • Business‑savvy communicator—clear, concise, and persuasive in all formats.
  • Organized & data‑driven. You manage your territory with CRM discipline and prioritize actions that move revenue fastest.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). Knowledge of video captioning, transcription, or translation services is a plus.

Salary

Based on experience with a range of $65K-$90K base plus commission
