We are looking for a remote Ruby on Rails Developer to join our R&D team in India. You will be responsible for the support and development in a Web-scale SaaS product that enables us to revolutionize the transcription and translation industry. You will be involved in the support and development of low latency, high availability, and high-performance services, working in a dynamic, agile environment with highly talented team members delivering content that is implemented in production environments very rapidly. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

This role functions based on a shift schedule per USA hours, specifically

Saturday + Sunday: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM India Standard Time (IST)

3 workweek days of choice: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM India Standard Time (IST)

Additionally, there is a requirement to be on call during weekends, with the frequency of once every three weeks.

If you want to join our journey, you’ll need:

  • 1+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails
  • Python experience- an advantage
  • Development of high-scale cloud-based solutions (AWS)
  • Experience writing complex database queries
  • Strong skills in debugging & logs analysis
  • Great interpersonal skills and team player
