Job Description

As a Lead Returns Specialist, you are part of an intimate leadership team, helping to ensure that employees have the proper training and tools necessary to achieve expectations. You serve as a primary point of contact for process-related inquiries and have a deep understanding of all operational aspects. Your insights will directly support the Warehouse Supervisor and Operations Manager in driving process improvements and increasing productivity. The Lead Returns Specialist ensures a safe work environment is always maintained. As a member of the leadership team, you will assist with handling disciplinary actions when needed.

What you’ll get to do:

• Facilitate new-hire training to employees
• Delegate tasks based on priorities
• Monitor productivity and conduct regular performance evaluations to support employee development
• Enforce workplace safety standards ensuring all compliance regulations are fulfilled
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide actionable recommendations
• Monitor warehouse supply inventory, place replenishment orders
• Track employee attendance and manage break schedules to maintain workflow efficiency

Qualifications

Who you are:

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
• 3+ years of experience leading a team in a warehouse environment
• Skilled in providing clear instructions and consistently enforcing company policies
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Professional and punctual, demonstrating a reliable and strong commitment to workplace standards
• Thrives in fast-paced work environments while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborative team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment

The hourly range for this role is $22/hr - $25/hr.
