Job Description
Vuori is seeking a V1 Community Program Manager to lead and execute its V1 Community Program strategy and sub-programs of the V1 Community. The V1 Community is comprised of certified fitness professionals unified by a shared goal: motivating and inspiring others through happiness and the power of movement. As the V1 Community Program Manager, you will drive the strategy and logistics of the overall program, as well as V1 Community events and key relationships with studio partners and Vuori’s V1 Leaders.
What you'll get to do:
- Lead strategy, development and execution of the V1 Community Program, inclusive of application process, annual renewals and V1 Leader program, product strategy, program benefits, and community events.
- Own the GTM planning and lifecycle of the V1 Community Program, aligning with marketing objectives, priorities, and brand storytelling
- Oversee all program logistics, inclusive of discounting, category management, program eligibility, policy development and messaging
- Develop and implement strategic annual, quarterly and monthly plans to meet retail marketing and community engagement goals
- Oversee the V1 Leader program, including growth strategy, contracts, criteria, product seeding, performance, and deliverables
- Drive continuous program innovation and enhancements, ensuring alignment with Vuori’s retail and brand strategies while managing cross functional communication, timelines and deliverables
- Lead internal and external communication strategies to support V1 Community initiatives, ensuring clarity, consistency and collaboration with stakeholders
- Leverage data and insights to report on program performance and identify areas of opportunity. Regularly share insights and findings with leadership and key stakeholders
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with retail, brand marketing, insights, analytics, creative and community teams to ensure cohesive execution
- Identify, build and maintain strong relationships and engagement strategies with key partners in local fitness communities that engage influential instructors to drive foot traffic to retail locations through gifting, partnerships, promotions and activations
- Partner with analytics and consumer insights teams to develop focus groups that inform program enhancements
- Own overall program growth and engagement, actively connect with prospective community members, fitness instructors, and retail teams in key markets
- Develop and execute an email marketing strategy for V1 Community members including editorial calendar management that supports engagement, storytelling, and retention.
- Oversee and lead the execution of all V1 Community and V1 Leader events, inclusive of ACTV Studio IRLs, new store openings, and retail activations—ensuring alignment with brand priorities and marketing moments.
- Manage all creative briefs and content needs related to the V1 Community
- Lead and mentor the V1 Community team, including management of the V1 Leaders cohort
Qualifications
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience needed
- Experience working across a variety of teams, including: creative, retail, social, influencer, PR, customer service, tech, and legal
- 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, marketing analytics, community, and/or events
- 3+ years of experience leading ambassador or influencer relationships
- Proactive leader with the ability to juggle multiple programs and projects at once
- Must enjoy working out and taking group fitness classes
- Experience leading a discount, ambassador, or pro-deal program for a brand a plus
- Experience with project management tools like Asana
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Passion for cultivating a community of like-minded individuals
- Values building authentic relationships
- Athletic retail, fitness, or health and wellness industry experience a plus

The salary range for this role is $100,000 per year - $135,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
