Job Description
You will have the opportunity to help bring Vuori designs to life. As a Coordinator on the Product Development team, you will establish process to help optimize the team, providing clarity and organization. Product Developers are the link between design, merchandising, technical design, planning, production, and the factories. It is essential that all communication is accurate, complete, timely and professional.
What you'll get to do:
- Own all inbound and outbound packages addressed to the development team
- Create a tracking tool to provide cross functional visibility of all packages and their status
- Manage all package contents upon receipt; logging, distributing, and filing contents daily
- Issue shipping labels for all outbound packages and support in vendor communication to ensure receipt of all content
- Engage in daily communication with overseas manufacturers for packaging / shipments going to factories or mills
- Monitor time/action calendars to hit target calendar dates as it relates to key milestones and associated inbound samples through bulk production (Adoption, Sales, Marketing)
- Daily use of excel and PLM to monitor / track all submits and create reporting to show progress throughout the season
- Assists in preparation for meetings by organizing samples / submits / previous sample rounds / etc.
- Manage submit filing system and organization
- Manage sample closets and proper hand offs with cross functional teams (drops, sample sales, archives, etc.)
- Manage the WIP process, including the creation of seasonal WIPs, ensuring all vendors are sending updated WIPS on weekly basis, reviewing WIP data to ensure accuracy and follow up on status as needed
Qualifications
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years of related experience is required
- Exceptional communication
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Suite and Outlook is a plus
- Aptitude for systems and systematic work
- Willing and able to work additional hours when needed.
- Bend, lift, open and move product and related office items varying in weight from 1 to 25lbs, depending on need.

The hourly range for this role is $26.78/hr - $33.01/hr.
