Job Description
Vuori is looking for a passionate and driven Key Account Representative to help shape the growth of our international wholesale business as we build our presence across Europe. In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the forefront of Vuori’s expansion – supporting our most important wholesale accounts as a brand ambassador, product expert, and trusted partner.
You will manage the day-to-day needs of key accounts, analyze sell-through performance, and provide insights that shape sales strategies and seasonal assortments. You’ll collaborate closely with the International Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing teams to provide exceptional service to our wholesale partners, while also helping bring Vuori’s brand to life for consumers through impactful Wholesale Community events.
What you’ll get to do:
Key Account Support
- Provide comprehensive support to key accounts by managing existing UK and European client relationships, analyzing sell-through performance, and identifying growth opportunities—while proactively driving new business development.
- Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to maintain the integrity of the wholesale orderbook - supporting timely communication with accounts regarding purchase orders, product swaps, inventory shortages, and delivery timelines.
Wholesale Community Events
- Partner with Wholesale Marketing Team to design, plan, and implement community-led events with Vuori’s key wholesale partners across the UK and Europe.
- Ensure events are executed in a premium manner that reflects Vuori’s ethos, creates meaningful connections, and drives deeper engagement with wholesale partners and their consumer communities.
In-store Support & Brand Training
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions to educate wholesale partner store teams on Vuori’s product technologies, brand story, and core values.
- Partner with accounts to uphold Vuori’s visual merchandising standards, support seasonal product launches, and drive sell-through.
Seasonal Sell In’s
- Assist in the organization and presentation of seasonal collections to wholesale key accounts
- Review and validate orders before submission to Sales Operations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with agreed terms.
- Support Europe Sales Manager at International Trade Shows
Qualifications
Who you are:
- 5+ years’ experience in wholesale/account management
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience working with premium lifestyle brands
- Passionate about active lifestyle, wellness, and premium fashion
- Highly organized and proactive, with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across time zones
- Willing to travel frequently across the UK and Europe
- Fluency in English required, other European languages a plus
- Valid passport and driver’s license
