Job Description
Vuori is seeking a highly motivated Senior Key Account Representative to support and drive the growth of our international franchise partnerships. Working closely with the International Franchise Manager, this individual will play a significant role in building scalable growth across key markets while ensuring strong brand representation. This individual will drive cross-functional initiatives with regards to sales, merchandising, operations, and marketing, acting as the key liaison between our franchise partners and relevant internal teams. The role requires a smart, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and proactive team player who takes ownership over projects and ensures successful delivery. The candidate should be comfortable working in an international and dynamic, fast-growing organization. The ability to foster strong relationships with partners based overseas is a must.
What you'll get to do:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing franchise partners, serving as the primary liaison between Vuori’s corporate office and international partners to support commercial objectives, ensure alignment with Vuori processes and standards, and drive mutual business success
- Manage weekly franchise sales reports, utilizing retail math fundamentals to analyze performance, extract actionable insights, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Provide regional and account-level product feedback and market demands and ensure strategic alignment with relevant cross-functional teams
- Manage all NSO (New Store Opening) project timelines, partnering closely with Design/Construction, Brand Environments, and Marketing teams to ensure timely and successful execution
- Partner with Vuori Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure franchise execution consistently meets brand standards and guidelines
- Provide commercial calendar input as it relates to Franchise partner planning, seasonal sample coordination, and execution of line reviews
- Oversee the franchise partner buy process from start to finish, ensuring assortments meet regional needs and spend commitments are achieved
- Help organize/present seasonal collections to partners in a confident and professional manner
- Check and correct all customer purchase orders prior to submission to Sales Ops for order entry
- Collaborate with Logistics and Sales Operations to provide exceptional support on shipments, re-orders, returns, etc
- Organize and lead bi-weekly cross-functional calls between partners and internal teams to maintain alignment and momentum
Qualifications
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and 5+ years of experience leading strategic account business in wholesale or franchise, preferably in international environments and/or at a global apparel or accessories company
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects independently
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners based overseas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and influence stakeholders across functions
- Collaborative and adaptable, able to work cross-functionally and contribute beyond defined responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities, with a strong understanding of retail KPIs and key commercial concepts
- Strong data management skills and proficiency in pulling data from different ERPs/analytical environments
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to think end-to-end
- Resourceful, flexible, and excellent team player
- Ability to travel and work across multiple time zones as required

The salary range for this role is $93,400 per year - $120,120 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
