Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results driven Product Manager, Retail Applications to own the vision, strategy, and execution of technology capabilities that drive the best digital experience in our physical stores. This includes the management of store systems operations and enhancements for our existing retail stores, driving emerging retail opportunities such as RFID, Loyalty, Ship from Store, and Buy Online Pickup in stores. This role will build a strong partnership with Retail Operations and Brand teams, to act as the lead for Omni-related projects. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional partners to identify opportunities, value work, monitor and control product KPIs and health, communicate & coordinate with stakeholders, and drive iterative positive change for their product and the business it supports. The role will participate in maintaining and enhancing standard product lifecycle processes for the global POS solution and other retail technology.
The ideal candidate will be skilled at collaborating cross-functionally to ensure omni-initiatives are seamlessly integrated across all customer touchpoints, including eCommerce, retail, and mobile platforms. You will evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to optimize store inventory, improve the in-store customer experience, and decrease friction points to increase store’s operational performance.
What you'll get to do:
Strategy & Roadmap
- Defining product vision and roadmap for omni-channel retail. This includes both digital and physical within our retail stores.
- Align roadmap with retail performance KPIs: average order value, units per transaction, inventory accuracy, and operational overhead.
- Collaborate with digital product managers and engineering to design, build, and deploy new omni capabilities on eComm and in-store.
Platform Capabilities & Development
- Lead evaluation, integration, and optimization of POS technology, store inventory management, RFID, and omni technology.
- Drive process improvements globally through increasing inventory accuracy and giving time back to our retail staff by reducing non-sellable hours to provide incredible customer service.
Execution & Delivery
- Collaborate with engineering to deliver new retail capabilities (e.g., omnichannel loyalty, points accrual across POS/eCom, tiered loyalty models, referral engines), and RFID.
- Partner with data & analytics to instrument retention dashboards and measure incremental ROI for new retail features.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work with Retails Ops, CRM, and Site Merch teams to design loyalty program benefits for our physical retail shoppers.
- Ensure seamless customer experience across eCommerce, retail, and mobile app touchpoints.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
- Partner closely with senior leaders in Retail Ops, Retail Field Leadership, Marketing, Analytics, and eComm to define retail technology needs, align priorities, and communicate results.
- Translate complex business questions into technical requirements for engineering.
- Act as a thought partner for all in-store retail technical and operational problems.
Innovation & Supporting New Store Openings
- Manage the overall new store setup systemic process. Work closely with business and technology partners to ensure the systemic steps are planned and executed in a timely manner. Drive continuous improvement for the new store setup process.
- Create and maintain all product, project and portfolio documentation using Enterprise PMO standard tools, e.g. Jira, Workfront, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint, and ensure all documentation and project artifacts are kept current, complete, and saved in standardized folder locations.
Qualifications
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent a plus.
- Direct retail store experience a plus.
- 7+ years in product management, with at least 3+ years focused on retail, loyalty, inventory management, or lifecycle technologies in D2C.
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of retail KPIs, in-store inventory management, RFID, clienteling, and emerging retail technology.
- Technical Acumen: Hands-on experience with leading POS implementations (e.g., Shopify, Jumpmind, Oracle Xstore), RFID software platforms, loyalty platforms, and international retail requirements.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to partner with analytics and data science teams to define instrumentation, build dashboards, and share learnings with business partners.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Track record of collaborating with engineering, marketing, and operations to launch customer-facing experiences at scale.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Deep empathy for customer journeys, with proven ability to design seamless omnichannel experiences across eCommerce, retail, and mobile.

The salary range for this role is $155,000 per year - $185,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
