Job Description

The primary roles and responsibilities of the Supply Chain Operations Analyst are to provide accurate analysis, reporting, and visibility across Vuori’s supply chain operations. This role supports decision-making by tracking performance, identifying trends, and translating data into actionable insights related to Inventory, Logistics, Fulfillment and Sales Operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Own the identification, tracking, and continuous improvement of key supply chain metrics across inventory, logistics, fulfillment, and sales operations
  • Design, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners and leadership
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning through accurate data analysis and performance tracking
  • Proactively monitor supply chain performance to identify trends, anticipate risks, and highlight opportunities impacting inventory availability, service levels, and cost
  • Provide analytical support for operational initiatives, process improvements, and strategic projects
  • Partner closely with Planning, Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams to support forecasting and in-season decision making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and document standard operating procedures and reporting standards
  • Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives, tracking impact and measurable results
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools and systems
  • Support system enhancements, process standardization, and automation initiatives

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • 3–6 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations analysis, or a related role
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with Supply Chains
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, MicroStrategy
  • Experience with ERP, TMS, or WMS systems preferred
  • Experience building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and performance metrics

The salary range for this role is $68,200 per year - $84,105 per year.
