- Forecast, budget, and report on ecommerce performance, providing regular insights to leadership and adjusting strategies based on data-driven analysis.
- Manage and oversee all trading partners (TP) and relevant ecommerce vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with Vuori's brand standards, commercial goals, and operational requirements.
Cross Functional Partnerships
- Partner closely with merchandising and planning teams to inform assortment strategy, ensuring the right product mix, depth, and cadence for China's unique ecommerce ecosystem—including key shopping festivals (11.11, 6.18) and seasonal drops.
- Leverage product knowledge to identify potential top performers, optimize product storytelling, and surface assortment gaps or opportunities specific to Chinese consumers.
- Collaborate on inventory allocation and lifecycle management, from new product launches to end-of-season strategies, ensuring alignment between commercial goals and inventory health.
- Partner with the marketing teams to ensure integrated brand storytelling across all digital channels, driving both awareness and conversion.

- Champion a consumer-first mindset across all channels, optimizing the end-to-end digital shopping journey to deliver a seamless and engaging brand experience.
- Partner with marketing and creative teams to plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotional calendars, and key shopping festivals.
Platform & Marketplace Strategy
- Continuously evolve the marketplace and platform strategy to capture new growth opportunities, including emerging social commerce and live-streaming channels.
- Manage relationships with key platform partners (Alibaba, JD, Tencent) to ensure operational excellence and maximize platform support.
- Monitor competitor activity, platform dynamics, and consumer trends within the China ecommerce ecosystem to inform strategy and maintain Vuori's competitive edge.
