Job Description
The Director of Facilities Management is responsible for leading the strategic planning, operational execution, and continuous improvement of facilities management across the company’s global portfolio, including retail stores, headquarters offices, and distribution centers. This role ensures that all physical environments are safe, functional, efficient, and aligned with the company’s brand and operational standards.
What you'll get to do:
- Develop and execute a global facilities management strategy supporting retail stores, headquarters, and distribution operations.
- Lead and mentor the facilities management team, establishing performance standards and operational best practices.
- Establish clear performance expectations, service standards, and operational processes across all facilities teams.
- Build scalable programs and organizational structures to support rapid retail and international growth.
- Partner cross-functional with Real Estate/Design/Construction, Facilities & Security Operations, Asset Protection, Health & Safety, Tech, and Retail Operations.
- Oversee facilities for maintenance of the retail portfolio including preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and store refresh initiatives.
- Develop service level agreements (SLAs) and vendor performance metrics.
- Support workplace experience initiatives that enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Manage international vendor relationships and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, energy efficiency, and operational improvements.
- Oversee facility for capital projects including major repairs, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
- Ensure facilities comply with all local, state, federal, and international regulatory requirements.
- Utilize data analytics to drive performance improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Lead initiatives that modernize facilities management processes and tools.
Qualifications
Who you are:
- 12+ years of progressive facilities management experience.
- 7+ years in a leadership role managing multi-site facilities operations.
- Experience supporting retail environments required.
- Experience managing corporate offices and/or distribution centers preferred.
- Experience supporting international locations or global portfolios preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
- Experience managing preventative maintenance programs and CMMS platforms.
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
- Budget management and capital planning expertise.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and facility compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced retail environment with multiple priorities.

The salary range for this role is $175,000 per year - $190,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
