Job Description
The Sr. Director, Supply Chain Operations will have two main areas of focus: Wholesale Sales Operations & Global Physical Inventory Management.
The role is accountable for end-to-end operational excellence across the Wholesale organization -spanning customer service, sales planning, forecasting, allocations, physical inventory and ATS/ATSP accuracy.
This role ensures tight alignment between revenue objectives, inventory availability, and fulfillment execution by establishing a single, trusted source of truth for ATS/ATP, pipeline visibility, and order execution across global markets. The Sr. Director partners closely with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, and Technology to deliver scalable growth, disciplined execution, and an elevated wholesale customer experience worldwide.
A critical element of this role is ownership of global physical inventory accuracy, ensuring inventory control strategies, operational standards, and governance routines that protect company assets, minimize shrink, and enable reliable fulfillment, financial reporting, and decision-making at scale.
What you'll get to do:
Wholesale Sales Planning & Revenue Operations
- Partner with Wholesale Sales leadership to support monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue planning and execution
- Deliver actionable insights to support go-to-market strategy across domestic and international regions
- Develop and Standardize performance metrics, reporting, and operating cadence across regional sales teams
- Proactively identify performance risks, revenue opportunities, and operational gaps
Forecasting, Pipeline & ATS/ATP Governance
- Own weekly and monthly sales performance, pipeline, and forecast accuracy reporting
- Lead ATS/ATP governance, accuracy, and operating standards across Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics, and Technology
- Ensure stakeholders operate from a consistent, reliable availability signal that enables confident selling and execution
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for forecast error, inventory misalignment, and order exceptions
Wholesale Customer Service Operations
- Lead Wholesale Customer Service operations with a focus on customer health, retention, and service excellence
- Define and monitor KPIs including CSAT, response time, resolution time, backlog, and service levels
- Ensure consistent service standards and tooling across global markets
- Oversee platforms, reporting, and tools that provide wholesale customers and independent agencies with accurate, real-time visibility into their business
Supply Chain Coordination & Order Execution
- Partner with Distribution, Planning, Operations, and Logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Align sales forecasts with supply and inventory planning to support demand accuracy
- Monitor order status, delivery timelines, and fulfillment performance across regions
- Proactively identify and escalate supply risks or execution constraints
- Develop reporting that improves order visibility, delivery performance, and customer communication
Sales, Customer Service & Inventory Technology
- Own the wholesale sales and customer service technology stack
- Oversee CRM and customer service platforms, integrations, and data governance
- Establish global reporting standards and adoption across regions
- Partner with Tech to evaluate and implement tools that improve sales effectiveness, service execution, and inventory visibility
Physical Inventory Management & Accuracy
- Own end‑to‑end physical inventory integrity across Vuori’s global distribution network, including fulfillment centers, retail stores, and returns operations
- Lead the global physical inventory management strategy, ensuring consistent controls, standards, and execution across all nodes
- Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans
- Establish and maintain inventory control policies and operational standards to minimize shrink, loss, and variance
- Partner closely with Inventory Accounting to ensure alignment between physical and financial inventory
- Define, track, and report KPIs to measure inventory accuracy, health, and operational integrity
- Drive sustainable improvements in inventory processes, controls, and execution to support scale and growth
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop Sales Operations and Physical Inventory Management teams
- Coordinate with international operations and regional resources
- Build scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and operating models
- Champion a data-driven, accountability-focused culture across teams
Qualifications
Who you are:
- 12+ years in Sales Operations, Supply/Demand Planning, or Customer Operations
- 7+ years in people leadership roles
- Experience supporting a mid to large B2B organizations ($500M–$3B revenue)
- Deep expertise in forecasting, analytics, and operational reporting
- Proven experience supporting international or multi-region sales teams
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder influence skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred

The salary range for this role is $215,300 per year - $288,225 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
